📦 30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unused
With original tags attached
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: In-store purchases are eligible for store credit only.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:
A return shipping label
Instructions on how and where to send your package
Returns sent without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Personal care goods (such as beauty items)
Sale items
Gift cards
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or item?
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
