In-store and online purchases can be issued a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Any items not returned in the original condition (Apparel: tags attached, items unworn and unwashed. Personal products: unopened, in original packaging), may not be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. To complete a return, your receipt is required (unless the purchase was gifted to you).
If you received a gift from Wildfire that did not work out, you will receive store credit in the amount of the order.
Note: Online purchases may ONLY be returned in-store. Yes, you read that right-- we do not accept returns via shipment. Reverse shipping contributes to over 5 billion pounds of landfill waste each year. Avoid impulse purchases and ask questions, we're happy to help!
