Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition, with tags attached, and shows no signs of wear or damage. Please note, all returns will be processed as store credit (effective 1/1/2025). Any items not returned in the original condition (Apparel: tags attached, items unworn and unwashed. Personal products: unopened, in original packaging), may not be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. To complete a return, your receipt is required (unless the purchase was gifted to you).

Note: Online purchases may ONLY be returned in-store. Yes, you read that right-- we do not accept returns via shipment. Reverse shipping contributes to over 5 billion pounds of landfill waste each year. Avoid impulse purchases and ask questions, we're happy to help!
