We invite you to experience the intimacy and joy of a private party with The Charm Bar by Wildfire. Our goal is to connect with you and your guests in a relaxed setting, offering a unique and enjoyable experience.
Charm Bar parties are tailored to your preferences! We encourage you to discuss your event with us in advance so we can curate the perfect experience for you and your guests. You can count on us to deliver great vibes and beautiful jewelry; the rest is up to you!
We will arrive 30 minutes prior to the event with our own setup, which includes a small table and stools, allowing you to focus entirely on your gathering.

Booking
A minimum of five (5) guests is required to reserve a private party.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your event. This deposit will be applied to your final balance at the conclusion of the event.
Hosts will receive a 20% discount on their jewelry purchases. Please note that a minimum of five necklaces must be purchased to book the event.

Travel Fees
For events located more than 25 miles from our base, a travel fee will apply:
- 25-35 miles: $50 fee
- 36-45 miles: $75 fee
- 46-60 miles: $100 fee

Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule your event, subject to availability. We kindly ask for at least 72 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. If notified within this timeframe, we will gladly apply your deposit to a future event. However, if notice is given less than 72 hours prior, the deposit will be non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to book a future event.
