Any clean, dry container with a lid works—glass jars, plastic bottles, reused containers, etc. We also have containers available for purchase if you need one.

Do I have to clean my containers before coming in?

Yes, please! We ask that all containers are clean and dry to ensure the safety and quality of our products.

How do you know how much to charge me?

We weigh your empty container before filling (that’s called the "tare weight"), then weigh it again after filling. You’re only charged for the product added.

Can I fill just a small amount?

Absolutely! There’s no minimum—refill as much or as little as you need.

What if I forget a container?

No worries! We offer pre-filled options and sell reusable containers in various sizes.
