Where can I park?

While we do not have a parking lot for our store, you can find free 2 hour parking along 11th Ave, and around the neighborhood. 

Other options:

1.) Altoona Transportation Center: $2/hour, free on the weekends

2.) Rear Lot (behind the Sheetz Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence): free on weekends

When are you getting more of _____ in stock?
In most cases, we do not reorder the same style of apparel or accessories. We want to make sure you aren't seeing the same items over and over again; this keeps our inventory fresh! However, we do continually restock our eco-friendly products! If you have a question about inventory, please shoot us an email: hello@shopwildfire.us.

When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders within 48 hours, Tuesday - Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive shipping updates via email or text if you opt in at checkout.

How does sizing run?
Each supplier we work with operates through a different size chart. We try to include sizes in the descriptions. But if you need some advice, feel free to get ahold of us!

How do you handle shipping in a 'package free' way?
We ship your order by reusing cardboard boxes from our suppliers. Our packaging is 100% plastic free with paper wrapping & compostable tape.

Can I bring my own bag when shopping in-store?
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. 

Where can I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase gift cards online! Our gift cards can be used both online or in store.

I want to use your refillery. What container should I bring?
Anything! Just make sure it's clean + dry.
