Can I return my item for a refund?
Yes! In-store and online purchases, including AfterPay, can be issued a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Any items not returned in the original condition (tags attached, items unworn and unwashed), may not be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. To complete a return, your receipt is required.
Note: Online purchases may ONLY be returned in-store. Yes, you read that right-- we do not accept returns via shipment. Reverse shipping contributes to over 5 billion pounds of landfill waste each year. Avoid impulse purchases and ask questions, we're happy to help!
When are you getting more of _____ in stock?
In most cases, we do not reorder the same style of apparel or accessories. We want to make sure you aren't seeing the same items over and over again; this keeps our inventory fresh! However, we do continually restock our eco-friendly products! If you have a question about inventory, please shoot us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders within 48 hours, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive shipping updates via email or text if you opt in at checkout.
How does sizing run?
Each supplier we work with operates through a different size chart. We try to include sizes in the descriptions. But if you need some advice, feel free to get ahold of us!
How do you handle shipping in a 'package free' way?
We ship your order by reusing cardboard boxes from our suppliers. Our packaging is 100% plastic free with paper wrapping & compostable tape.
What is carbon neutral delivery?
Carbon neutral delivery supports projects that reduce CO2 emissions (like regenerating precious forest, replacing old equipment with more efficient technology, etc). You can reduce your carbon footprint by choosing carbon neutral delivery at checkout. We figure out the expected carbon footprint of each order based on the distance, package weight, and mode of transportation.
Can I bring my own bag when shopping in-store?
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it.
